UK and EU Shipping Policy

UK Deliveries: 

Evri 

Orders placed before 1PM - Monday - Thursday are delivered within 3 business days. 

Your order will be fully tracked, and once dispatched you will receive details from Evri on how you can track your order, rearrange delivery or select a safe place for your parcel. 

Please ensure you are home to receive your delivery, we cannot be responsible for parcels that are delivered to a safe place or left outside a property.

Orders placed after 1PM Friday will be dispatched Monday. 

 

DPD 

Orders placed before 1PM - Monday - Thursday are delivered within 1-2 business days via DPD.

Your order will be fully tracked, and once dispatched you will receive details from DPD on how you can track your order, rearrange delivery or select a safe place for your parcel or take to a collect shop.

Their service is fully tracked and they will get in touch to let you know on the day of delivery a time-frame for when your parcel will be delivered. 

Please ensure you are home to receive your delivery, we cannot be responsible for parcels that are delivered to a safe place or left outside a property.

EU Deliveries 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Maximum amount allowed £135
  • All orders shipping to countries within the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and charges that are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • As the recipient, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; therefore, you should contact your local customs office for more information. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
  • Please be aware that you must bear all additional charges for customs clearance. Pride Foods UK/EU Limited is not responsible for reimbursing any fees, duties, or taxes, and we will not cover these expenses.

 

1. Delivery Location

  • Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom and European Union. Any shipments outside of the European Union are not available at this time.

2. Delivery Time

  • An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
  • Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order on the date of your order unless it is not a Business day. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
  • Please note we do not ship on [Saturdays/Sundays].

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

5. Tracking

  • You can track your order using the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email.

6. Modifications

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping details you provide are accurate and complete. Changes to shipping addresses after the order has been dispatched may incur additional charges based on the circumstances.

7. Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Note that we may not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped.
